Get a packet of fresh spinnach tortelini. Cook tortelini in boiling water until pasta is al dente. Remove tortelini from boiling water, rince with cold water and drain.

In a large bowl, combine boiled tortellini, spinach, grated parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes and olives. Make your own salad dressing by combining olive oil, balsamic vinegerette and finelly minced fresh majoram.
