In March we are again running our six weeks ENERGISER course
ENERGISER outline

Session 1

First we set the scene; talk about foods and portion sizes, explain your eating plan and give you the course booklet. Now we are ready to go, Challenge 1  

Session 2

We discuss strategies that work and set your personal goals. Challenge 2

Session 3

We learn about GI and how low GI foods can help us on our journey.  Challenge 3

Session 4

What is fibre? How can I add more fibre to my meals? Revive your old recipe into your new favourite one. Get the benefits of having more foods with lower calories in your diet. Challenge 4

Session 5

Popular diets. Are they any good? Which one is the best for you?  Is it still going to work when you achieve your weight goal? Challenge 5

Session 6

Carbohydrate, fat and protein.  Which macronutrient is the most satisfying? How can their manipulation help me?
